given the changes coming for private sellers on September 1st, I think this kind of promo is over.
I'm getting ahead of it just in case:
"Removal of transaction fees (final price commission and regulatory operating fees) for private sellers whose eBay account is registered with an address in the European Economic Area, when they sell an item on ebay.fr"
Normally, as a private seller, you should have received a message from eBay about this.
