Good evening,
I can't reply to the other topic so I'm creating one, so I also contacted eBay and the answer is that it's normal, once the item is sold it will be counted in the other "counter" so, given the information they gave me, I conclude that sales have to be made before 8/01 to be eligible for it, a bit shaky as an answer but there you go, that's the answer I got.
