hello everyone
a dissatisfied buyer from a purchase (purchase of an iPhone) calls me thieves; this person allegedly informed by Apple says that I sell stolen iPhones, whereas these iPhones were bought on eBay from a British charity, with invoices of course, and this idiot has been hanging around on my site, clearly visible, for more than a year. thanks eBay. I checked with Apple using the device's IMEI, and they told me that this iPhone was neither stolen nor lost, simply the person had not removed its location, so it was not completely deleted from the account. clearly stated in the sale ('with Apple you can't trace back to the owner, they don't give that kind of information') so how long should we keep these defamatory remarks, or should I close my account!!! (which is probably what will happen soon) regards
