On May 3 I ordered a tempered glass screen protector for my Samsung S23 Ultra. I was supposed to receive it before May 10, around May 8 or 9. On May 11 I sent a complaint to the seller, who replies to me today, May 13, that if I still haven’t received it around May 20, I’ll have to send him another message to let him know. I’ve just sent him a new message telling him that it’s the pot calling the kettle black. Waiting another 7 days is not normal. It’s impossible to contact Ebay; every time I’m told to check with the seller. I don’t know what else to do. I have the order number [Référence], the seller’s username [Pseudo], the request number submitted on May 11 [Référence]. If someone can help me, I already informed Ebay on the 11th that I had not received my order. Already 2 messages to the seller. I called the post office, which asks me for a tracking number, but the seller doesn’t have one. If this keeps up, I’ll simply stop using Ebay. Thanks for your reply.
