Complicated return protocol
How do I return a product? The procedure is complicated on eBay, I don't understand anything. I made a return request through Mondial Relay, eBay told me to go get a label at the post office, but the post office only handles returns through Colissimo? Should I do my return through Colissimo, especially since it's the Mondial Relay tracking number?

Each carrier works for itself...
If you want a Mondial Relay return slip... you have to go to Mondial Relay.. see the pickup points here---->
