[Pseudo] and refusal of after-sales service
Hello,
I bought the following product: Vevor induction heater, after 5 uses it no longer works.
I provided video proof that it was the product. But the seller "[Pseudo]" refuses to honor the warranty.
And keeps bouncing me from one email to the next.
What should I do?
thanks in advance

Mentor2 years agoHello @piethev0
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return:
https://www.ebay.fr/help/buying/returns-items-not-received-refunds-buyers/renvoyer-un-objet-pour-obtenir-un-remboursement?id=4041&st=3&pos=1&query=Renvoyer%20un%20objet%20pour%20obtenir%20un%20remboursement&intent=objet%20non%20conforme&lucenceai=lucenceai&docId=HELP1134
After that, there is no further recourse on eBay.
Chinese seller, purchase made more than 6 months ago = forget it....
Best regards

OP2 years agoThank you for your reply.
Indeed, I think I was scammed by this seller: [Pseudo]
He refuses to honor the manufacturer's warranty.
I'll know in the future that you have to avoid eBay and its Chinese sellers.

Mentor2 years agoHello
What are you expecting from eBay? The warranty is 30 days from delivery ..
Are you within the time limit?

OP2 years agoI'm waiting for the seller to be honest and take the product in for after-sales service.
