When you create a listing, you indicate the shipping methods you offer to your buyer...
Since they will have chosen the shipping method that suits them and have given you authorization for its execution by advancing the costs, you can only use the carrier chosen by your buyer... for example---->
- they choose Colissimo... = you use La Poste //
- they choose Mondial Relay..... = you go through this carrier... //
- if you offer in-person pickup and your buyer chooses this option... = you will have to respect that choice... but if they change their mind, you will need to let them know that you will cancel the sale since the shipping process will be different...
On the other hand, you are not required to go through the site's delivery platform.
Another piece of info->
- if you use Mondial Relay... link your account to M.relay in order to benefit from eBay prices----->
I see that you sold the item yesterday at 5:34 PM.
You did add a shipping method to the listing, but WITHOUT tracking (green letter shipping), which is risky.
All that’s left is to rely on the buyer’s good faith when it comes to receiving it and to wait several weeks to get the funds (since you’re a new seller + no proof of shipment/delivery).
Hello Yes absolutely, you decide which carrier suits you best. I use 3 different carriers depending on the countries I ship to, and in France, Colissimo suits me
Nothing requires you to go through the ebay shipping platform: you're free to buy your shipping label directly from the carrier, then you'll just need to enter the tracking number on the ebay order.
However, please note: your listing offers ONLY in-person pickup, so shipping isn't possible as things stand (see about modifying or redoing your listing by offering one or more shipping methods).

Send your eBay orders easily!
Don't do anything stupid... you are responsible for the proper delivery chosen by your buyer until their purchase is in their hands properly.
Kind regards.
