When can the available funds be deposited into my account?
Hello,
I made a sale that went very well on Wednesday, the buyer received it on Friday. The funds have been available since this morning. But it's impossible to transfer them to my bank account 😕 that's weird. The area is greyed out and impossible to click on.
I’d like to know when my funds can be transferred?

you are considered an occasional seller and the funds can be "blocked" for 21 days.
To make sure there isn't another reason, contact customer service directly:
