Does anyone know how we can write by email to Ebay customer service? Ebay charges VAT on items, but Swiss customs services recharge the same VAT, saying that Ebay shouldn't be doing it. It's clearly not consistent, but I'm trying to get in touch with Ebay to put them in contact with these customs services, because it's not normal to pay VAT twice for every package. Thanks
