Hello, I sell used auto parts on eBay, and I have a question about the return policy. What happens if a buyer installs a part (without a receipt for installation from a professional garage), then decides to return it? In some cases, it is difficult, if not impossible, to verify whether the part was improperly installed, damaged, or used inappropriately. Once the part has been reinstalled, it can be risky to resell it because of a possible hidden defect. Is there a specific rule on eBay regarding returns of these parts after installation?
