Hello,
quick question about how to delete a sale when we get this message.
"We cannot process your request because the buyer has already paid this invoice or the purchase of the item can no longer be completed more than 30 days after the date the listing was created."
I searched the forum in vain, either I'm not using the right search or I'm useless
actually I just want to put it back up for sale, quite simply, since it's unpaid and the person no longer responds and I don't want to report them since they're a regular buyer

"actually I just want to put it back up for sale" = use "sell a similar item", or else remake the listing from scratch (via copy-pasting the title and description + re-uploading the photos).

That doesn't stop you at all from using "sell a similar item" or recreating the listing...

You need to start by canceling the transaction for non-payment so you don't have to pay the sales commission ..
