Question about a transaction
I made a payment by Mastercard card (3D Secure confirmed via my bank) on 02/03 for an amount of €424.15 (description: X9279 eBay Luxembourg).
After the bank confirmation, I received no order confirmation and no order appears in my account.
Please check whether there is an order linked to this transaction or proceed with the refund.

OP5 months agoThank you for your reply. In the « Guest order information » menu, there are only two fields: my email address and the order number.
I have already entered my email, but I do not have an order number, because after payment, I did not receive any order confirmation and nothing appears in my account.
I can provide a bank statement / screenshot showing the payment of €424.15 (description: X9279 eBay Luxembourg) made on 02/03 with my Mastercard (3D Secure confirmed).
Please check whether there is an order linked to this transaction or proceed with the refund.

"no order appears in my account" = Maybe you made the purchase without being logged into your account?
