Good evening, I have a question, I bought a PS4 from a guy for €95. He told me he’d send it to me once he received the eBay transfer. Is it a scam or is he right??
- You might want to explain to your seller that he'd be better off shipping your purchase right away, as eBay has certainly advised him to do...
- otherwise you'll be able to open a dispute with him for item not received, because you don't intend to wait the 14 or 21 days it takes eBay to credit the bank account of a beginner or occasional seller...
You can send him the link below as proof and to make him understand that the T&Cs govern the transaction.--->

It's not necessarily a scam, maybe just a beginner who doesn't know they have to ship the item as soon as they receive the eBay notification..
Also, if they're new, the payment won't be made until after about twenty days..
On your side, you'll have the option to report an item not received as soon as the delivery date has passed..
