Hello, As a seller, I sold and shipped an item with tracking. The buyer opened a dispute for item not received. I tried to communicate, but it was an aggressive buyer who didn’t want any solution other than a dispute with a refund. However, the tracking number confirmed proper delivery. Contacted, the Post Office confirms that the delivery was carried out correctly. I provided eBay with proof of delivery. eBay closed the dispute in the buyer’s favor without explanation. I filed an appeal but without success; customer service does not answer me. eBay does not respect its own rules.
