re customer service callback
Summary: aupasebulba ran into problems with the callback service, which previously provided good service with quick calls. Recently, he noticed an estimated wait time of 31 minutes for calls that never happen, and receives incorrect no-response notifications. francexpressdeal confirmed similar delays and suggested contacting customer service via Facebook, to which aupasebulba replied that he didn’t have an account on that platform. aupasebulba also sent an email to customer service without getting a response.

until recently I was using the callback service and it worked very well, with calls coming through 2 to 3 minutes later. But since today it’s impossible, estimated time 31 min, never any call, and I receive an email telling me that I didn’t pick up! I should point out that I’m not signed up for Bloctel or anything else and I don’t block spam calls. 3 times I’ve tried and it’s the same. Is the service still working or have they removed something else that was working pretty well? Because the @ou chatbot system is completely useless in case of a real problem...

I was also able to notice a call time of 31 min for several days following the help sections.
