complaint
Order no. [Reference] this is a roller shutter motor that was never delivered to me. however, the sum of 79e was debited from my account. after several attempts on my part, no response. from next week, and having no response from ebay customer service, I reserve the right to file a complaint. a lawyer will be sent to represent me, through the association I chair in Languedoc Roussillon thank you.

I'm sorry to hear that you still haven't received your order.
When the latest estimated delivery date has passed, you can open a dispute for an item not received under eBay's guarantee.
As mentioned earlier, the time limit is 30 days from the estimated delivery date.

You have 30 days from the estimated delivery date to report an item not received, because after the deadline, it's too late.
