Hello,
Following an order I placed on 12/1072025 on your website, which cost me 165 euros plus 46 in shipping, order number 225101264 or 93177882.
The problem is that I received the order; first, the wrong color. I ordered beige and I received black, and the price was 55 euros lower than the one I ordered.
Please kindly resolve this problem either with a refund or by paying me the difference.
