Invoice claim to the supplier
Hello
I would like to know what to do when I receive an order and I ask the supplier for an invoice, but they don't respond please?
We are a company and this accounting document is essential for the accounting.

If you bought from a professional seller, ask them for the invoice they are required to provide you, either directly in the package or by email...
If they don’t reply or don’t provide the invoice after written reminders... contact the DGCCRF to force them to do what’s necessary... (by warning them of your intention, that should get them moving...)
If your seller is a private individual... they can’t provide you with an invoice..
In that case, you need to scan the order details here-----> https://www.ebay.fr/mye/myebay/purchase
Then, you will fill out a police logbook to indicate the origin of your purchases intended for resale.
