Complaint from a buyer and from eBay

I sold an item outside of eBay. An buyer paid eBay for this item even though I had not accepted his offer. eBay and the buyer are demanding payment from me
No way to contact eBay by message. I did not give my bank details to eBay because I do not have a bank card. In the end eBay is pretty lax and accepts being paid even though a seller has not approved anything!!!

You have put this item up for sale, the bidder can legitimately think that they won it.
