Claim for item purchased since the beginning of August, never delivered
Hello, I ordered a SAMSUNG CONNECT at the beginning of August, supposed to be delivered on August 18. To this day, no news despite the many messages sent to Ebay

You had a 30-day delivery deadline to open a dispute for an item not received :

It's too late now...
If you paid via PayPal, check their site (the dispute period there is 180 days from the payment date).

Did you open a dispute within the time limit, that is to say within 30 days maximum from the presumed delivery date?

Check directly with the seller in case your purchase is returned to them.
