EBAY is not a reliable site; I ordered an item and it never arrived in Réunion. I called the post office and they told me it stayed at the Thillay platform and so it never arrived at Roissy. The seller is acting in bad faith; he tells me no, it arrived on Réunion island. EBAY checks nothing, it's impossible to get ahold of them, they're just **bleep**ing people over. And the post office tells me there is probably mercury in the thermometer so they can't send me the item. But I paid for it § So I'd like to be refunded. Should I file a complaint,

For customer service, you need to check with eBay.com.
