I bought an R4 flash card on eBay, item number [Référence], but I am not entirely satisfied with the purchase because I found obvious traces of rust that compromise the longevity of the product (see this photo https://imgur.com/a/pdDowVZ ). I do not want to accuse the seller of being dishonest, but the presence of rust is not mentioned in the listing and so - correct me if I'm wrong - I don't think it is right to make me pay the return shipping costs.
Aside from that, there is a more concerning issue: I had used, at checkout, a 10 euro discount voucher, eligible on purchases of at least 10.01 euros and to be used on the mobile app before a certain date. Will this coupon be refunded or is it lost forever? Since the discount voucher covered most of the price paid, I have no intention of making the return if the voucher is lost. Could you please clarify this?

In general, if the order is canceled or returned, the voucher is lost.
Check with customer service if you want to be sure...
