Summary: emmanuemounie_0 explains that they paid the shipping fees themselves for a chair and another item sold on eBay, while the delivery fees paid by the buyers were not included in their payout. They are asking for a refund of these fees. koalagris provides a link to customer support for help. jacquelinedu36 suggests that the shipping fee calculation error is the seller's responsibility.
The buyer of my armchair paid €40 for delivery, except it is a few centimeters too big for Colissimo, so I was not able to get a shipping label via eBay, I contacted Chronopost and paid €51.84 to send my armchair, the problem is that the €40 paid by the buyer are not paid to me with the payment for the armchair.
I have the same problem for the item [Référence] where here too the buyer paid €15 for delivery but in reality it was I who paid for the shipment at the post office.
So I am claiming €40 for the armchair and €15 for the book.
Looking forward to your reply.

Mentor1 year agoHello, ?
Well then you’ll be out of pocket for it, it’s up to you to note the shipping cost properly for your bulky items or not
The buyer buys with the shipping costs noted in the listing
