If I’ve got everything right... a buyer didn’t receive their purchase on time and opened a dispute, which allowed the refund. However, it looks like the parcel is blocked at Mondial Relay...
You need to get in touch with Mondial Relay-----> What should I do if my parcel is blocked in transit? - Mondial Relay
In short...---->
- if the parcel is lost, get a refund from Mondial Relay...
- if the parcel is just pending and is going to be delivered to your buyer while eBay has just refunded them... there is indeed a problem...
Still, try to contest this refund here----> Contest an eBay decision regarding a return or a missing item for buyers | eBay
Contact this person to keep them informed and ask them to reimburse you (while knowing they may very well do nothing and that you can’t really do much except registered letters...) - It’s possible that eBay won’t acknowledge its mistake and won’t refund you, unfortunately, because it doesn’t have the ability to take money from a buyer’s account the way it can for a seller.
