I don't understand why eBay is blocking my requests from US buyers...

when my account includes all international shipping :!!

Please indicate the shipping costs for abroad.... even if they are free...

US requests will reach you.

I contacted eBay, who told me that everything was in order ... they told me to specify the shipping costs; which I did, but the buyer still can't complete their purchase..!!??
