I ordered an iPhone XR screen from the seller, he sent me a second-hand model. I asked for a broken one, the seller offered me a replacement, I accepted, I canceled the broken one, he didn’t send it, he scammed me. I contacted ibay, ibay refused to fix the problem, this is not normal, a scam like that

Mentor2 years agoYou made the mistake of closing the dispute by believing the seller's nice (and empty) promises, don't repeat this mistake on the site (on ebay it's only 1 dispute possible per item).
You should have gone through the return process to the end, and you would have been refunded ("arrangements" between buyers and sellers that don't fall within the site's procedures are to be ruled out).
