"Having paid for home delivery" = are you sure? What exactly was indicated in the listing regarding the delivery method?
Because the shipment was sent via Chronopost shop2shop, as shown by the tracking (no home delivery was ever planned; from the start it was meant for a pickup locker at the town hall in the 86).
Have you communicated with your seller about this?
= If it isn't picked up, the parcel will be sent back to them, and not collecting an order makes eBay buyer protection inapplicable... so the best thing is to go and pick up the parcel.
