Hello,
I accepted a return on EBAY, downloaded the return slip for €12.18 which was sent to the buyer
He tells me he’s unable to print it because when he clicks on the tab, he’s told that the "procedure is in progress" and he can’t do anything about it
What should I do ??? Is there a solution ??

What explains that the return shipping is more expensive than the one indicated for the initial shipment?
(foreign buyer? that might explain the issue)
Have you, or the buyer, contacted customer support about this?
