Hello
Just got scammed by a buyer who supposedly found the item defective.dispute opened, I refunded him while asking him to return the item. After several messages, he’s gone completely silent.
So what can I do except leave him a really nasty review

Too bad you didn’t come to the forum sooner to find out about the return and refund process...
Now there’s nothing left to do but count on the buyer’s honesty, and that’s not a sure thing 🥴

Nothing to do about it: you don't get a refund before the return has been received...
"if it’s not just to leave him a really nasty review" : besides the fact that a buyer can only receive positive ratings, the site's rules forbid leaving a positive rating with a negative comment, so forget it because your buyer could get the rating removed on a simple request to customer service.
