Hello,
How do I contact eBay to report a problem with the message "Send an offer to buyers"? When I send an offer, the following message appears: "No buyer qualifies to receive an offer". It’s hellish, I haven’t found any valid email address, no workable phone number & no serious postal address. Everything I found is invalid. You’d think they don’t want to help their customers. Unbearable...
The callback request doesn’t work either.

"No buyer meets the conditions to receive an offer" = that means the member following the item does not meet one, or several, of the required conditions for buyers (example: unpaid debts or delivery location) that you have set up on your eBay account.

Regarding your callback issue, check the phone number registered on your account, as well as any call filters you may have activated on your phone.
