Hello everyone.
I bought this part that I found on eBay Poland for the sum of 152 euros. This part was shipped to me from Spain?. It is not as described. A dispute was opened with PayPal. Following their advice, I returned the part to get a refund. This situation is complicated because I do not have a return address. PayPal gave me an address in Spain that I used. For 15 euros of shipping. But the package has not been received. How can I resolve this problem? I would need eBay's help, but this purchase does not appear on my account. Thank you for your help.

OP1 year agoThanks for this reply. That’s exactly the problem; I didn’t get the address you gave me on eBay Poland. Thanks anyway for your help. I would like eBay to give me the exact address in Spain. Because apparently the questions PayPal asks eBay aren’t getting anywhere.

Since you opened a dispute on PayPal, you need to contact their customer service, because eBay will no longer intervene on this one.
