Respond to the seller following a direct purchase without creating an account
I bought an item without creating an account even though I had an old account that I couldn’t manage to activate. After the purchase, the seller asks me for more details about what I need before sending the item. There’s no way to reply, but in the meantime I managed to reactivate my old account; unfortunately, the purchase isn’t visible there either, and the seller’s message isn’t either! I don’t know how to reply to the buyer now…. Can you help me?

It’s pointless to think about getting in touch with the account you managed to log into... Your purchase is not there, and it won’t be included there either...

Follow the instructions in this link and try to get in touch through the links contained there.
Your seller does not know you as a username with an eBay account.... but only as a visitor for this purchase.
