Hello,I bought an item without creating an account even though I had an old account that I couldn’t manage to activate. After the purchase, the seller asks me for more details about what I need before sending the item. There’s no way to reply, but in the meantime I managed to reactivate my old account; unfortunately, the purchase isn’t visible there either, and the seller’s message isn’t either! I don’t know how to reply to the buyer now…. Can you help me?
