Hi everyone,I’m a new buyer on eBay, and I’m already running into abusive situations that are seriously starting to discourage me…Here’s what I’m going through (and I’m wondering if I’m the only one):➡️ Sellers who cancel an order after payment, with no valid reason.➡️ Worse: they tell eBay that I was the one who requested the cancellation → so my profile gets affected!➡️ Others don’t send anything, ignore messages, or ship broken items.Concrete examples: 1. A seller canceled because the item didn’t match the listing, but they put “buyer request” on eBay… Completely false. 2. Another one flat-out told me “cancel the order yourself” after payment, to avoid penalties on the seller side.So I’m asking the community these questions: • Have you ever experienced this? • How can we make sure this kind of abuse is REALLY taken into account by eBay?(Disputes aren’t always enough; I get the impression eBay protects sellers more than buyers…) • Can we block certain sellers? So we never run into them again?Honestly, I just want to buy in peace, not have to play detective with every order or risk getting screwed over by sellers who cheat the system.Thanks everyone for your feedback, experiences, or tips.LYLY
