If you’re making this request regarding the URSSAF reliability campaign for 2021 revenue, contact eBay and they’ll send you the 2021 summary back (for the full year though).

Thanks for your feedback.
The summary for the whole year has already been sent to the tax authorities and to URSSAF, but I need the details for the 1st quarter.
I was able to see the details up to May, but not the rest

on eBay, in the sales reports, it's no longer possible to access the beginning of 2021.

You're registered as a pro. You don't have this data in your personal accounting?

Otherwise, you can always try submitting a request to eBay customer service.

I have all the details on my pro account up to May 2021. and from that date on, you can't see anything

I'm talking to you about your personal accounting. As a professional, you must have all the data related to your sales for the year 2021.

In any case, if that's not the case, contact ebay customer service directly.

We won't be able to do anything more on this forum since, once again, we can no longer access certain figures from the year 2021 (since they are too old)

Thanks for your help.I don't have an accountant.I do my tax returns myself and I want to compare with eBay gross figures.With eBay fees and shipping fees there are always small differences .
Do you have a customer service phone number or their email please ?

eBay customer service doesn’t have a direct phone number or email. They’re the ones who get back to you.

Go to the site’s help section and choose the category that’s closest to your problem:

https://www.ebay.fr/help/home

There you’ll have different ways to contact them depending on your issue.
