Receiving a package in a locker
I sold a vinyl record, it arrived in a damaged locker, the vinyl is punctured so it’s damaged, the buyer is asking for a return, but how does that work? I refund them but I’m not responsible. Can we get reimbursed by Mondial Relay, how does that work? Thanks for a quick reply
