Looking for a solution
I can no longer pay via PayPal, it charges the card directly. Maybe I made a mistake, because for the past 15 days the pages have been opening in English!

Have you cleared your browser cache after logging out of ebay..??
Normally, when you log back in, everything should go back to normal.
Otherwise, you can also change browsers.
Another thing to check...= ... change your browser language. - for that, you need to go into its settings and change what’s needed there.
