Claim for return of item
Hello
I returned an item for non-compliance, but in reality it was counterfeit bills.
The seller confirmed receipt of the bills but still hasn't refunded the 30 euros from the order on the grounds that EBAY
is blocking the refund!
I urgently ask EBAY TO UNBLOCK THIS SITUATION BY 30/07/2026.

If not, include the tracking number in your claim.
If there's a problem----->
Ask eBay to step in (for buyers) | eBay
It's better to avoid doing a little behind-the-scenes deal between seller and buyer by private email and then hoping to get help from the site afterward...
