I bought an item 5 days ago. The seller told me today that eBay does not recognize my address and that he can't print the shipping label.
And that if he has this shipping label, the sale will be canceled tonight
I saw that he had put this same item up for sale for double the price....
I suspect him of trying to scam me

If he cancels, he refunds.
Otherwise, you'll have to wait until the delivery deadline has passed before you can open a dispute for item not received:
