Refund refusal
Hello, I bought a watch that was not delivered to me because I couldn’t pay the extra €47 in customs fees when buying the watch, and the seller refuses to refund me. Also, I made the purchase without having an account, so I can’t find my purchase anymore except in my emails. What should I do to get a refund?

Not having received the purchase because customs fees weren’t paid is going to complicate things...
After finding the trace of your purchase... and apparently having contacted your seller, the easiest thing would be to --->
Ask eBay to step in (for buyers) | eBay
