Offer declined
Hello
I checked allow offers with automatic acceptance. Minimum offer 350€ and automatic acceptance 350€; Why does Ebay refuse the buyer's offer at 350€?
Thank you.

It's possible there's a bug at the moment. You should check directly with customer support.
Otherwise, to "work around" it, have you tried entering €349?

OP2 weeks agoThanks for your reply, the buyer tried with €351, which comes to the same thing, without result.

ok, so that confirms the bug.
Report it to customer support because it's been quite a while now that there have been recurring issues with the offers system.
