Take a look at the following link-------> Sign up as a seller | eBay
It gives you all the instructions for being recognized as a seller by the site.

- as for the language--->
- registered on ebay.fr, the language is French..
if you want to sell on ebay.com... you need to speak English and check their terms and conditions...
