Group orders
Hello,
I’d like, if possible, to combine the 2 orders from one buyer into a single package for a single shipment to Italy, instead of grouping his purchases together, he checked out and paid for his purchases separately.
I can’t find this feature

if the two orders were indeed placed with the same username by your buyer and the delivery address is identical, you can add the same tracking number to both orders.
You’ll just need to remember to issue them a partial refund for the overpayment.
