relay pickup

Question

Hello, I bought an item on eBay sent via the Shop to Shop relay pickup service. The parcel arrived at the relay this morning at 9 a.m. An email is supposed to have been sent to my eBay email address, but I haven’t received anything. According to the phone rep, it was an encrypted email from eBay, something like 52e14f45 in that style. I urgently need this email, how can I get it?
