Refund to the buyer
Hello,
I would have liked to get some information please.
I sold an item for €59.99 via Ebay, which after taking a commission, paid me a transfer of €46.46. The buyer is sending the item back to me because it doesn’t suit them, so I have to refund them, okay no problem, I understand. But the issue is that I shouldn’t refund the €46.46 I received, but the full amount the buyer paid, namely €61.99!

Refund instructions here---> Refund buyers | eBay
Your buyer will be refunded 61,99 €....
BUT you can get reimbursed for the amount of the fees charged by eBay.. Fee credits | eBay
However, you will lose the amount of the shipping costs since you used them for shipping and your carrier will not refund you anything, of course..!
Best regards
