OP1 week agoI’m being told that canceling the relevant slips is no longer possible...
In that case, how can I proceed to get a refund please?

Mentor1 week agoCheck with Packlink customer service, but if there is a deadline to meet and you missed it, it may no longer be possible.

OP1 week agoAlready done, they asked me to check with Colissimo.
And Colissimo asked me to check with them, in the end I don't know what else to do pfff.
