REFUND
Hello, I’m completely overwhelmed. I bought an item, but I never received it and it doesn’t even show as delivered.. what should I do? I filed the dispute on eBay and they decided to close the dispute even though the item was never sent for delivery. I’m at a loss for words... I’m talking about around €700, so please help me. Thanks in advance.

If by chance you paid by PayPal, open a dispute with them.
