Hello,

I need to refund a buyer, but it isn't working.

I have a message telling me that: " the refund failed. Please add a payment method to refund the buyer"

So I'm being asked to add my credit card. I am not a new seller and I don't understand why I'm being asked for my card number.

Hello,

you are a seller, so you have entered your bank account, and you reimburse through your account.

Did you go through the transaction? That's the usual procedure, "refund the buyer".
