Hello,
My dad bought an item but the seller canceled the sale and processed a refund in 2x but the 3-5 day delay has passed and we are waiting for this money to buy the item we wanted from another merchant.
Can someone help me?
Because customer service in French is only for France and not for Switzerland (in Switzerland only in German) so I can't get customer service in France to call me back
Could this be a possible scam?

Also, there is always a delay (value date) between the time the funds are sent to your bank and when they show up in your account.
Be patient, and/or check with your bank to see if the funds are available.
