Hello I got scammed .. eBay took over I'll be refunded in a few days thanks to them… the issue is that I had to change cards in the meantime .. do you think the refund will still work even though it's my old card? Thanks everyone for your help best regards

Even if the card used for the purchase has expired, that doesn't prevent the refund since it's still linked to the account originally charged.
You can have your bank confirm it for you...
However, you should know that a payment made via a bank card can take up to
30 days to be credited back.
