Hello, I’m unable to enter the tracking information for a return, eBay doesn’t save it and so asks me to send the item, which has already been returned to the seller, and I don’t have any contact with the seller.
How do we get eBay to step in, I don’t have the option enabled and I don’t have their email.

So that they can address the inability to enter text so you can continue the matter without any harm to you..
(Could it be a bug and more... ? )
You could also check whether your machine isn’t playing tricks on you, by changing browsers for example..
and/or, if you’re working with a phone, by replacing an application that may be outdated with a brand-new one-->
